Qualifications

• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Open and close procedures as needed
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash
• Adhere to policies, including safety guidelines
• Maintain store areas to company standards
• Process corporate directives related to store activities
• Keep store clean and presentable (restrooms, floors, trash)
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Process receipt and return of DSD merchandise
• Manage freight flow according to productivity standards
• Stock merchandise including frozen & refrigerated items
• Ensure the sales floor is sales-effective
• Plan merchandize and maintain clips/panels with items
• Execute monthly Sales Planners
