With a minimum of two years in retail leadership and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, you will partner with store leadership to hire, train, and engage associates, manage payroll, scheduling, and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service and Sales: Models, coaches, and holds team accountable for outstanding customer service and leads the MOD program.
• Human Resources/Talent Management: Sources and screens talent, handles payroll, and coordinates training and onboarding.
• Store Operations: Oversees pricing, signing, stockroom processes, receiving, shipping and third-party carrier processes.
