You will assist with daily store functions, open/close procedures, and safeguarding company assets while maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable store environment. This full-time role requires strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.
• Willingness to follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and policies.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process freight and merchandise flow per productivity standards.
• Plan and merchandise monthly sales planners.
