The role requires strong communication, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Naples, FL location.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Open/close procedures as needed.
• Protect store assets including cash.
• Maintain cleanliness and stockroom standards.
• Process freight receipts and manage product flow.
• Plan and merchandise to maximize sales.
