The role centers on merchandising and freight processing, with responsibilities spanning store operations, asset protection, and policy adherence. The position requires prior retail and management experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks in a retail environment.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Manage freight flow and stock levels per productivity standards.
• Plan, merchandise, and maintain clip strips and power panels with saleable items.
