Job summary

You will assist with store functions, open/close procedures, and maintain store standards to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have retail and management experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Process freight and stock replenishment to ensure sales floor availability.
