Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager in Baton Rouge, LA.

You will partner with the Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, oversee merchandising, and manage freight processing to ensure store standards and customer satisfaction. You'll perform opening/closing tasks, keep the store clean and safe, and support policy adherence while fostering a positive, energetic environment for customers, associates, and leaders.

Formación

• Retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent movement.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Process all corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restocking, including bathrooms and floors.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
