Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentability; restrooms, floors, and trash.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Assist Store Manager with assigned duties, including freight and merchandise planning.
• Process receipt and return of merchandise and manage freight flow.
• Plan, merchandise, and stock merchandise needs, including frozen & refrigerated items.
• Ensure sales floor is sales-effective; implement monthly Sales Planners.
