You will assist with store operations, open/close procedures, protect assets, and maintain a clean, efficient sales floor. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal and written skills, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work in a high-energy team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Aufgaben

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, and information requests.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Assist Store Manager with duties including receiving/returning merchandise, freight flow, stock needs, and planning monthly Sales Planners.
