Responsibilities include assisting with daily store functions, opening/closing procedures, asset protection, and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation while fostering a respectful customer and team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Keep store clean and presentable, including bathrooms and floors.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Support Store Manager with freight flow, merchandising, and stock needs.
