Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to join the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and delivering positive experiences for our communities through merchandising and freight processing.

You’ll assist with daily store operations, open/close procedures, asset protection, cleanliness, stockroom maintenance, and freight flow, while planning merchandise and monthly Sales Planners; prior retail management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and written skills required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Maintain store stockroom and sales floor to standard.
• Process freight and merchandise receipts.
• Plan and merchandise monthly Sales Planners.
