You will assist with daily store operations, open/close procedures, asset protection, and adherence to safety policies while maintaining clean, organized stockrooms and sales floors. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Maintain store areas (stockroom and sales floor) to company standards.
• Process freight and merchandising to ensure sales impact.
• Plan, merchandise, and maintain sales-promoting displays.
