The role focuses on merchandising, freight processing, and daily store operations, ensuring standards and safety guidelines are followed. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, asset protection, and maintaining a clean, organized store.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process all corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restocking of bathrooms and floors.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
• Process receipt and return of DSD merchandise; manage freight flow.
• Order and stock merchandise, including frozen & refrigerated items, as per productivity standards.
• Ensure the sales floor is sales-effective; plan and merchandise clips and power panels.
• Plan and implement monthly Sales Planners.
