Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or lead roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and writing skills are required to interact with customers and teammates.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and a dynamic team.
• Merchandise and process freight to keep shelves stocked and presentable.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and protect store assets, including cash.
• Maintain store areas (stockroom and floor) to company standards and safety guidelines.
• Support customer service with friendly, professional interactions and execute directives.
