This role requires multi-shift availability, 2+ years of retail leadership, and the ability to train staff and collaborate with district leadership to meet service and sales objectives.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• 1 year of experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities, including management of daily store operations and processes within and beyond assigned areas of responsibility.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Anticipating customer flow and adjusting schedules to ensure proper coverage.
• Planning for spikes in sales and maintaining in-stock position to support demand.
• Conducting safety walks and coaching associates around safe work practices.
• Lead a team to deliver exceptional service in a clean, safe, well-stocked store.
• Collaborate with store leadership, District Manager and Area support staff to meet service, sales and operational objectives.
• Rotate through Specialty and Operations assignments for cross-training and development.
• Travel for meetings/trainings or to support neighboring stores when needed.
