Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Austin is seeking a full-time, field-based merchandiser to stock, rotate, and display our products at grocery stores and other beverage outlets. You will travel among accounts on assigned routes and ensure shelves are correctly stocked and presented to drive product visibility.

The role includes an 9am–10am start, 5 days per week (including Saturdays), with overtime eligibility and monthly car/mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation with an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license; auto insurance per company/state requirements.
• Ability to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products along assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Schedule: Full‑time, 5 days per week (including Saturday)

• Shifts: Early morning start times between 9am–10 am

• Pay: $19.00 per hour + overtime + monthly car and mileage reimbursement

• Work: Active, field‑based merchandising in retail beverage outlets across Austin

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes

• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck

• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring

• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts

• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness

• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.

• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis

• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
