Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Charleston, SC is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to build relationships with grocery and beverage outlets, stock and rotate products, and support display execution.

This role starts at 6am, pays $20.15 per hour plus a monthly car allowance and mileage reimbursement, with overtime eligible and a comprehensive benefits package. Background checks, driving history review, and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older per state law.
• Reliable, personal automobile with good driving record and valid license.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos of displays and backstock.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products to support inventory levels.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
