Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Merchandiser to support sales consultants across markets. You will deliver orders, rotate stock, stock shelves, and build displays while following merchandising standards.

You’ll receive daily route details from management after orders are fulfilled and travel within designated areas with reliable transportation. Strong communication, a sales mindset, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends will help you succeed.

Qualifications

Education – High School diploma required.
Experience – 1 year of warehouse experience preferred; inventory control a plus.
Fork Lift certification is a benefit.
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
Strong sales track record and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders to accounts and check them in.
Rotate back stock and stock shelves to ensure visibility.
Display POS materials and build displays for maximum exposure.
Ensure correct pricing and POS material on display.
Communicate with management on customer requests and issues.
Keep daily/weekly logs of accounts visited.
Travel within established geographic areas; maintain driving record and insurance requirements.
