Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Merchandiser to support the Chain Retail Division across assigned markets in Texas. You will deliver orders, rotate back stock, stock shelves and build displays to maximize product exposure.

Daily routes are coordinated with the Warehouse Manager and Merchandising Manager after orders are fulfilled. The role requires travel within the territory, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma required.
• Experience: 1 year of warehouse experience preferred; inventory control a plus.
• Lift and carry a 40+ pound case of wine.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work alone or in a team.
• Proven track record of strong sales in previous/current work experience.
• Attendance is an essential job requirement including regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to accounts and accurately check them in.
• Rotate back stock and stock shelves for maximum exposure.
• Display PO's and build displays per merchandising standards.
• Communicate effectively with management to resolve ordering or shipping needs in the territory.
• Maintain daily/weekly logs of visits for reporting.
