• Reliable vehicle.

• Maintain safety and security of Company assets.
• Ability to utilize all Company resources and technology.
• HS diploma or GED or 3–6 months related experience.
• Flexible or rotating schedule.
• Ability to respond to customer issues.
• Self-motivate with minimal supervision.
• Read/write simple instructions and memos.
• Present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Mathematical ability with basic arithmetic.
• Problem solving.
• Previous Merchandising experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Ensure proper care of equipment and assets daily.
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets including displays and racks.
• Maintain product integrity; neat stacking and backstock; clean coolers and racks.
• Organize breakage or out-of-date product.
• Provide feedback to leadership on threats and opportunities.
• Work with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plan.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Collaborate with all functional team members.
