Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in our Kentucky region. You will manage cooler stocking, backroom organization, and ensure promotions are executed accurately.

You’ll build good customer relations, pick product orders, and maintain clean, organized backrooms while meeting PBV standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to perform basic financial calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Fills and merchandises coolers, displays, racks, shelves per PBV standards.
• Sells and executes promotions.
• Creates and uses point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations and serves all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment and maintains backroom storage, rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
