Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, backroom organization, and moving products from backroom to sales floor. Accurately orders product for the next delivery.

Day-to-day duties include filling coolers and displays, promoting products, creating POS signage, and building strong customer relations while meeting PBV standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience may substitute for diploma.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform basic financial calculations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Able to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Able to work hours as needed.
• Team-oriented and detail-focused.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and /or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment, maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion, and rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
