Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Houston, TX is looking for an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to build and maintain product displays, manage inventory, and place orders on existing routes in line with merchandising standards.

Must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift 50+ pounds, and be willing to work both weekdays and weekends. Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour with performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and handle physical tasks as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
