Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are front-and-center for customers in the Silsbee area. This full-time position runs Tuesday to Saturday with a 4am start, demanding physical endurance and a strong stock-management focus.

Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, with potential performance incentives and comprehensive benefits. Valid driver's license and the ability to use a personal vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• POS advertising per merchandising standards.

• Determine product needs and place orders on routes.
• Daily communication and follow-up with customers and co-workers.

Job Location: Silsbee
Work days/Shift Hours: Full Time / Tuesday - Saturday / 4am - until completion

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
