Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our iconic brands are always available on store shelves. This role focuses on building displays, managing stock, and executing merchandising standards across assigned routes in Fredericksburg and nearby areas.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle, plus the ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Advertise Point of Sale materials according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing routes.
• Communicate with customers, co-workers and shoppers daily to resolve issues.

Work days/Shift Hours: Tuesday- Saturday - Start time- 6:00 AM- Finish

Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising, Grocery Stocking Experience

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
