A Merchandiser at Bell Nursery is the face of our company for our retail partners. This role is responsible for visual merchandising, unloading, and stocking shipments of live goods, as well as customer relations. Merchandisers report to store, area, district, and market managers and work with our receiving partners.

Measures of Success

• Comply with Bell Nursery policies and procedures
• Execute Bell merchandising standards
• Merchandise product per Plan-o-gram
• Set ads as needed in stores
• Unload product deliveries manually or with assistance
• Advocate for watering standards to sustain live goods
• Communicate with leadership regarding daily execution

Qualifications

• Must have a functioning smartphone
• Be able to download and use payroll and inventory applications
• Communicate via text, email, phone (may be eligible for reimbursement)
