Coca-Cola Consolidated in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer locations, service multiple accounts, and follow planograms and safety guidelines. This route covers Winston-Salem, Greensboro and High Point, with mileage reimbursement for travel between stores, weekend work required, and a 5am start that continues until route completion.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs.).
• Reliable and independent with minimal supervision.
• Critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display per procedures and programs.
• Moves products from backroom to display area as needed.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and ensures proper rotation.
• Organizes back room and shelves by product and flavor, manages pallets and damaged goods.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel and communicates upcoming activities.
