PepsiCo Inc. is hiring a Merchandise associate to stock shelves, coolers, and displays in local stores along a planned route in York, PA. The role involves rotating products, maintaining freshness, and ensuring in-stock conditions throughout the shift.

You will move products from backrooms to the sales floor, build promotional displays, and collaborate with store teams to meet daily orders and records. Training is provided, with full-time hours and a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor, organize stock and maintain neat backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
