Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Bishop, CA is seeking a part-time merchandiser to stock PepsiCo products, rotate stock, and build displays in local stores. The role runs Friday through Sunday from 5:00am to 1:30pm, with day-to-day responsibilities including setting up promotional materials and coordinating with store teams.

The ideal candidate is 18+, holds a valid U.S. driver’s license with proof of insurance, and can travel between stores. Lifting 20–45 lb cases is required; holidays may be involved.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position may require you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)
