Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a merchandising associate in Fort Myers, FL. You will stock shelves, coolers, and displays for PepsiCo brands to ensure full shelves and visible promotions.

The role involves rotating stock, moving products from backroom to floor, and building displays to support national and local campaigns. You will work a schedule that varies, with early start times, and may require driving between multiple store locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations.
• Ability to lift, load, push and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly for 10–12 hours.
• May require working holidays.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness and in-stock conditions.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and organize stock.
• Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials.
• Partner with store teams, communicate needs, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
