Job summary

Bernick's is seeking part-time merchandisers to manage a dedicated route across our accounts in Minnesota. You will stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in convenience stores and grocery locations.

Route work starts early and runs on weekends, with shifts totaling 10–15 hours per week. Responsibilities include maintaining neat backrooms and floors, transporting products between backroom and shelves, and displaying promotional materials to support sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to organize shelves, displays and backroom stock.
• Comfort with moving product and material handling equipment as needed.

Job Summary:

Our merchandisers are a very important part of making sure our accounts are looking their best. They cover an individualized route of various accounts and are responsible for restocking, rotating, facing, and removing outdated product. Merchandisers neatly organize store shelves, coolers, and design creative displays in our accounts such as: convenient stores, grocery stores, or other large customer accounts.
