Bernick's, a fifth-generation family-owned beverage and food solutions provider serving greater MN and western WI, seeks Account Representatives to manage an individualized route across multiple accounts. You will support customers, oversee inventory, place orders, and assist with merchandising to ensure product availability and presentation.

This full-time route role starts early with a 5:00 AM shift and a Monday–Friday schedule with one weekday off, plus every other weekend.

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
• Placing product orders for customer accounts
• Communicate the benefits of our products in order to drive sales

Job Summary:

OurAccountRepresentatives cover an individualized route of various accounts are responsible for supporting our customers, managing inventory, placing product orders, and assisting with merchandising.
