Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in the New Albany area to execute in-store activation and drive visibility for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will stock shelves, build relationships with store personnel, and ensure products are in stock and showcased per RTM plans.

You’ll order products via iPad, use Salesforce, capture display photos, and support seasonal launches while adhering to safety standards and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Drive personal vehicle to multiple stores; mileage reimbursed.
• Physical ability for lifting, bending, and stocking shelves.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD merchandising standards; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and ensure compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving product.
