Job summary

Mondelez International in New Albany, IN is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, set displays, and ensure products are always in stock while building strong relationships with store personnel.

The role requires lifting, bending, and routine travel to nearby stores with a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, starting at 7:00am.

Qualifications

• 18+ with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Independent, motivated and customer-focused.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and stocking.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within the region.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad and maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and schedules.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to management.
• Stay Safe and compliant while handling products.
