Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to drive retail excellence. You will be the face of Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit in stores, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring products are in stock and well presented.

You’ll build relationships with store personnel, visit stores daily, and place orders to maintain in-stock conditions while following RTM plans.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Able to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and move products

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for execution and visibility
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities from the RTM
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management
• Stay Safe & Compliant with physical duties of the role
