You will build displays, stock shelves, and ensure popular brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! are front and center. You’ll visit stores, take display photos, and keep products in stock using Salesforce.

The role emphasizes in-store execution, customer service, team collaboration, and the physical demands of merchandising on a fast-paced schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid REAL ID or U.S. passport/federal ID.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs; occasional 50+ lbs; drive to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and brand focus.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Order product via iPad and maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and stay on schedule.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
