Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Florence, KY. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock while engaging store staff and shoppers. Primary brands include Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, Ritz, and Triscuit.

You will drive to multiple stores, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow RTM plans. The role offers daily field schedules, weekend work, and opportunities for advancement within Mondelēz.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license from the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of iconic brands.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant with physical requirements of the role.
