Mondelēz International in Georgia is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock shelves, build displays, and ensure our iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! are front and center in local stores.

You will visit multiple retailers, place product orders via Salesforce on an iPad, and work with store teams to maintain in-stock conditions. This role combines field merchandising with hands-on cart and shelf execution and requires physical activity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically demanding: lift up to 25 lbs regularly, occasional 50+ lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Greensboro, GA.
• Secondary locations: Madison, GA | Covington, GA.
• Availability: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights and issues to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and compliance in physical tasks.
