Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Kentucky. You will be on the front lines of retail, stocking shelves, building displays, and ensuring products are in stock for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

You’ll work with store teams to execute displays, place orders via iPad, and relay store insights to management. This role requires physical activity, driving to various stores, and a commitment to excellent in-store execution.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid REAL ID or U.S. passport/federal ID to access sites.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance to multiple locations.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, moving up to 25 lbs; occasional >50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and perform physical duties as required.
