Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in North Las Vegas seeks a full-time Merchandiser to stock, rotate, and display beverage products at assigned retail accounts. You’ll ensure attractive merchandising, full shelves, and adherence to company standards to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

You’ll build displays, manage POS materials, and coordinate store resets for remodels or seasonal changes while building strong relationships with key accounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 45–65 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and rotating shelves in daily merchandising.
• Build displays and manage POS materials.
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and obtain feedback.
• Identify brand/category opportunities and expand shelf presence.
• Communicate stock or new item opportunities to sales teams.
• Grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol responsibly and safely.
