Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Nevada, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to stock, rotate, and merchandise beverage products at assigned retail accounts in the Las Vegas market. You will ensure attractive displays, fully stocked shelves, and adherence to company standards to drive sales.

The role requires using your own vehicle, 21+ years, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service. You will build brand displays, manage POS materials, and collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: Stocking and rotating shelves.
• Building displays and POS material management.
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities.
• Share feedback with appropriate sales team members to identify brand/category opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings.
• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities.
• Learn beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol product responsibly and conduct safe interactions.

Job Description Summary:

Job Description: The Merchandiser is responsible for stocking, rotating, and merchandising beverage products at assigned retail accounts throughout the market. This role ensures products are displayed attractively, shelves are fully stocked, and company standards are maintained to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Pay + Perks:

• $18.50/hr
• $2,400 annual taxable car allowance
• $300 monthly gas card
• You are required to use your own vehicle for transportation

Job Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 21 years or older to apply, prefer HS Diploma or equivalent
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment
• Able to work occasional weekends
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, and reach.
• Frequently climb up and down a ladder.
• Regularly lift 45-65 lbs.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
