Breakthru Beverage Group in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Merchandiser to creatively showcase brands by building displays, stocking shelves, and managing POS materials across accounts. You will travel to customer locations with your own car and build strong account relationships.

This full-time role offers $18.00 per hour with OT potential, plus a $200 car allowance, $300 gas card and a $500 sign-on bonus. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with occasional weekends.

Formación

• Minimum 21 years old and HS diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism and sound judgment; weekend availability.
• Able to lift 45–65 lbs.
• Must be able to work Mon–Fri and occasionally weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stocking shelves, building displays, POS material management, store resets.
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and provide feedback to the sales team.
• Identify brand/category opportunities and expand shelf and cold box facings; communicate stock/promo needs.
• Learn beer, wine, and/or spirits knowledge for our customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and maintain safety.
