Job summary

Columbia Distributing is hiring Merchandisers to service accounts in Battle Ground, Camas and Washougal, WA. The role runs on a daily route, stocking and rotating beverages, maintaining displays and ensuring products are ready for sale.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a valid driver’s license, smartphone and strong customer service. The position is full-time, indoors and outdoors as required, with timekeeping responsibilities and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone.
• Previous grocery or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products in displays and shelves.
• Handle cases, bottles and cans of beverages for sale or storage.
• Drive on assigned route using company-approved vehicle; do not transport product in personal vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts; maintain positive relationships.
• Coordinate with store personnel and Sales teammates to complete account services.
• Accurately clock in and out of the timekeeping system in accordance with labor laws.
• Uphold the company's core values and complete tasks as assigned.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet productivity deadlines.
