Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a Merchandiser to stock and rotate beverages in retail accounts across Ballard and Shoreline, WA. You will build displays, manage in-store presentation, and collaborate with Delivery, Sales, and store personnel to ensure product availability and compliant timing.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable smartphone, and ability to lift up to 60 lb. Local travel is expected; overtime may occur to cover routes in the region.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance for driving positions.
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products in accounts; build displays with POS materials.
• Drive on assigned route using a personal vehicle, without transporting product in the vehicle.
• Provide excellent service to assigned accounts; maintain positive relationships with customers and store personnel.
• Communicate with store personnel and Sales teammates to complete services.
• Clock in/out accurately per timekeeping requirements; follow labor rules.
• Demonstrate adherence to company core values and complete other tasks as assigned.
• Work independently and in a team; manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Show strong work ethic and accountability.
