Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a full-time Merchandiser for the Tri-Cities area in Washington. You will stock, rotate, and display beverages after delivery to ensure products are shelf-ready and appealing.

The role requires local travel, strong customer service, and the ability to work with store personnel and Sales teams. A valid driver's license and smartphone are required; weekends may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required for driving positions.
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone device.
• Previous grocery or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products in stores and build displays with POS.
• Drive a personal vehicle on assigned route.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Delivery, Sales and retail partners to complete account services.
• Accurately clock in/out per timekeeping systems and state labor laws.
