Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking Merchandisers to manage in-store product presentation across Bellevue and nearby WA locations. You will stock and rotate beverages, build displays with POS materials, and ensure product freshness and visibility.

The role involves driving a personal vehicle on routes, providing outstanding service to retail accounts, and collaborating with delivery, sales, and store teams. Hours are full-time with variation by location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required for driving positions.
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smart phone device.

Responsibilities

• In retail accounts, work product from store back stock and/or delivery loads; handling cases, bottles and cans of beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages for sale or storage.
• Drive personal vehicle on assigned route.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts and develop positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Engage in direct communication with store personnel and Sales teammates to complete account services.
• Accurately clock in and out of required timekeeping application, adhering to state labor laws for breaks, etc.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Core Values.
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
