Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a Merchandiser to stock and rotate beverages in retail accounts across Poulsbo, Bainbridge Island, Kingston and surrounding Washington locations. You’ll work with delivery, sales, and store personnel to ensure shelves look inviting and products are available to customers.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, a valid driver's license, and reliable smartphone access. This is a full-time, on-site position with local travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+
• Valid driver''s license with auto insurance if driving positions
• Must own and operate a mobile smartphone device

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products in back stock, cold boxes, shelves and displays.
• Drive personal vehicle on assigned route.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts and build strong relationships with stores and Sales teams.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel and Sales teammates to complete account services.
• Clock in/out accurately using the timekeeping app, adhering to state labor laws.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Core Values at all times
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned
