Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses seeks a Merchandiser in Lafayette, IN to visit grocery stores and beverage outlets, stocking and rotating products while documenting execution with company systems. You will transport goods with a pallet jack or hand truck and maintain backstock to support freshness and inventory targets.

The role requires 18+ years, reliable auto transportation with a valid license, and the ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly. PTO, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires reliable personal automobile transportation with valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 25–50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to ensure products are stocked, displayed, rotated and maintained.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, with a Morning Start

Pay: $19/hour plus mileage & car allowance

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
