Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is looking for a Merchandiser in the Broad Ripple area to stock, display and rotate products at grocery and beverage outlets on a defined route. The role requires travel with a personal vehicle and a morning start on multiple days.

You will use company systems to ensure routing accuracy, document execution with photos, and maintain organized backstock while supporting inventory freshness. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older or meet state age requirements.
• Reliable personal automobile and valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkout in systems and upload photos of displays and backstock.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products for inventory freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Title: Merchandiser

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, with a Morning Start

Pay: $19/hour plus mileage & car allowance

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
