Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a Merchandiser to cover Eastside Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

You will travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products along assigned routes, using pallet jacks or hand trucks to move stock between backrooms and floor displays. The role requires reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or meet state minimum age.
• Reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license.
• Able to lift/push/pull 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Experience: 0–6 months of general work.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display and rotate products across routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and monitoring of accounts.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos to document execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Position Title: Merchandiser

Shift: Monday - Friday, with a Morning Start

Pay: $19/hour plus mileage & car allowance Benefits:

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
